Dark Chocolate Cherry Smoothie

Is there anything better than cherry season? Grab some from your local farmer’s market [make sure you pit them!] + freeze, or buy a bag of frozen cherries for this smoothie. We love this chocolatey combination – it could even double as a dessert! <3

Time: 5 minutes
*Makes one smoothie

Ingredients 

  • Cocoa Powder
  • Frozen Dark Cherries
  • 1 Frozen Banana 
  • ½ cup almond milk 
  • Chocolate protein powder 
  • Optional: Toasted coconut to top

Directions

1] Add all ingredients to a blender + blend well
2] Take as a smoothie on the go, or add to a bowl + add any toppings you’d like! We LOVE adding more frozen cherries + coconut to this!
