Cinnamon Honey Peaches With Toasted Coconut Ice Cream
These are the perfect treat after a long, hot summer day! The warm cinnamon//honey flavor on the peaches goes great with the cold ice cream! Using Arctic Zero makes this recipe incredibly delicious without all the guilt ; )
- 2 fresh Peaches [halved and pitted]
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 tbsp Cinnamon
- 1 cup Arctic Zero Toasted Coconut Ice Cream
#1] Using a kitchen brush, coat the inside + outside of the peaches with honey. Once all have been coated, brush on the cinnamon.
#2] Place the peaches face down on the hot grill for about 10-12 minutes.
#3] Remove peaches once they are *soft* + grill marks appear!
#4] Arrange the peaches skin-side down, + place one big spoonful Arctic Zero Toasted Coconut Ice Cream in the center of each peach, sprinkle with a little more cinnamon, + serve immediately! : )
