FIND YOUR FIT DURING WEEKLY WORKOUTS // CHAARG liberates girls from the elliptical + shows them that fitness can [+ SHOULD] be fun! Since every girl has a different preference of what fun is, we create opportunities for our CHAARG girls to “find their fit.” Every week, we partner with a local fitness studio to lead a workout. From boxing to barre classes to salsa dancing + everything in between – you can find the day + time of your Chapter’s Weekly Workouts on your Chapter Page!
ON CAMPUS COMMUNITY + SMALL GROUPS // As soon as you sign up for CHAARG, you are warmly welcomed into your Chapter’s community. You will be added to your Chapter’s Facebook group to instantly connect with other members before you even attend your first Weekly Workout or Small Group. All CHAARG members are encouraged to join a CHAARG Small Group to meet with throughout the semester! Small Groups are groups of 10-20 girls who meet at the same time each week to complete a workout, grab smoothies, or even have a movie night together!
CHAARG SOCIALS // We focus a lot on fitness, but living a healthy lifestyle is so much more than just exercising. We want our members to not only become excited about fitness, but also become the best version of themselves through fueling their bodies with nutritious foods + feeling mindful//present. Ultimately, we want our members [+ all women!] to feel truly confident + comfortable in their own skin. Chapters host their own retreats, formals, + other socials where their members can be open, form bonds + connections with other members, + make lifelong friends.
BECOME A PART OF THE NATIONAL COMMUNITY // Joining CHAARG not only means joining your Chapter of 100+ girls on your campus — you are joining a community of 10,000 girls that spans across the nation. We encourage all of our members to create an #inCHAARG Instagram account [a separate Instagram account to share motivational posts with other CHAARG girls] + follow, follow, follow other CHAARG girls for inspiration + motivation. We also plan virtual events at least once a semester where you have the opportunity to get to know CHAARG girls from different CHAARG Chapters.

Not only will you get to try different sweat seshes each week during your Weekly Workouts, you will also make new friends during your CHAARG Small Group + socials throughout the semester. Every Sunday at 10PM, you will receive a Newsletter from your Chapter’s CHAARG Ambassador! This will have all of the information you will need for the week. If you join CHAARG mid-semester, it may be a week or so before you receive your first Newsletter, as it takes a little bit of time for National CHAARG to get your info to your Chapter. You can always find your Ambassador’s email address on your Chapter page + ask her for the info about upcoming events! If you joined CHAARG at the beginning of the semester, expect to receive a Newsletter at least two weeks before school starts. If you decide to join a Small Group, you will also hear from your Small Group Coordinator every Sunday by 10PM.
Your CHAARG Chapter Newsletter has everything you need to know for the week related to campus events, Chapter events like Weekly Workouts + Small Groups, National CHAARG news, + spotlighted members.
CHAARG events begin the second week of the semester with a Weekly Workout that is open to members + non-members — bring any of your friends to show them what CHAARG is all about!
All required signups can be found in the “Weekly Workout” section of your Chapter’s CHAARG Newsletter. Follow the link included in the Newsletter to reserve your spot!

A CHAARG FitPlan is a virtual, interactive workout plan that lasts five or six weeks. These happen three times per year [Spring, Summer, + Fall!] + they are open to everyone. Details about each FitPlan are released one week before registration opens.
A Small Group is a group of 10-20 girls to hold you accountable all semester long. Each week you’ll meet at the same time to sweat around campus or take study breaks together.
When you join CHAARG you agree to our no refund policy that can be found under your CHAARG membership in the CHAARG Shop, but if something out of your control comes up and you cannot attend events during the semester, you can email support@CHAARG.com + they would be happy to move your membership to next semester!
