Reason I Joined CHAARG:
To better myself + find a group of ladies that were after the same goals
Favorite CHAARG Memory:
There’s too many to pick just one, but I am just so grateful to have met some of my new best friends through CHAARG + make amazing memories with them

Philosophy On Wellness:
I think it’s SO important to put the time into taking care of yourself. You only get one body so make sure you are treating it well, you will enjoy yourself so much more the better you feel.
Favorite Self-Care Practice:
My skincare routine! I love trying new products + making sure that I am giving my skin everything it needs
Don’t be afraid + go after what you want
Ideal Morning Routine:
My ideal morning routine would start with my skincare regimen, a good morning yoga flow, + top it off with a hazelnut latte 🙂

Read anything that will bring you joy + that will teach you something new
Greatest Lesson On College:
Put yourself out there. Don’t tell yourself no because you are afraid. Try new things + meet new people. You will not regret it.
Advice To Your Freshman Self:
Try out the rec services class – physical activity is one of the best stress relievers + will make you so much happier!
Being #inCHAARG To Me Means:
Working every day to be your best self + bring the best out in other people. Also spreading positivity where ever you go.
How have you been Changed By CHAARG?
I found a new level of confidence that I never thought was possible for myself. I learned how to grow + push myself to be the happiest version of me. I finally found a group of girls that I can call my besties + my support system. I grew as a leader + finally stopped doubting myself.
