Philosophy On Wellness:
My health + wellness is so important to me. I’m happiest + able to be at my best when I prioritize my own wellbeing first, whether that be by exercising to help me focus more when studying, by not overcommitting to too many people, or by eating some ice cream on a hot day with friends.
Favorite Self-Care Practice:
Going on walks and listening to podcasts : )
Ideal Morning Routine:
Wake up, go on a run outside, + then have avocado toast with fresh fruit + iced coffee for breakfast!

Studying is obviously very important but it’s even more important to take care of yourself, listen to your body, + give yourself breaks when needed.

Stop comparing yourself to others.

Being #inCHAARG to me means taking control of my health + my life and working hard to reach my goals ++ to be the best version of myself.
