I joined CHAARG to get into a fitness routine + meet some girls on campus.

Philosophy On Wellness:
Wellness is not just about how far you can run or how much weight you can lift, It is more than what you look like in the mirror. Wellness is about being healthy as a whole, mind + body.

Ideal Morning Routine:
Wake-up with plenty of time to make a yummy breakfast + coffee while I watch an episode of my favorite Netflix show that day.
