PART #1: COMPLETE 10 WORKOUTS

Part #1 of the CHAARG Challenge is to complete 10 workouts! 🥰 You’ll receive 20 total workouts from us (10 bodyweight + 10 dumbbell) so that you can choose what ones you want to do!

+ No gym access needed 

+ We recommend one set of weights for the dumbbell workouts [10-12 lbs]

+ All workouts are 30-45 minutes long

+ You’ll receive an email on how to access the workouts on May 31!

#PART 2: COMPLETE 20 BOLTS

Part #2 of the CHAARG Challenge is to complete 20 “bolts”. ⚡️Wondering what bolt is?
