Every week, you will receive 5 workouts to complete! All of the workouts are “no gym required” + 30-45 minutes. See below for your training schedule! Fridays are our *live online fitness classes* [via zoom] — from cardio kickboxing to barre, you’ll do something new every week!

Your CHAARG membership is “community” focused — CHAARG At Home Studio is “fitness” focused. Our mission for CHAARG At Home Studio is to provide you with a daily structure + routine for your fitness schedule. You won’t have to worry about *how* to work out for the 5 weeks you are a part of CHAARG At Home Studio! Not to mention: it’s a fun way to meet CHAARG members from different universities… who are all doing the same workout routine as you. Tons of motivation + accountability! : )
Since all the CHAARG At Home Studio workouts are 30-45 minutes, we encourage you to complete the workout in the morning if you have a CHAARG Chapter event at night. Or — *save* the CHAARG At Home Studio workout for another day. Easy : )
