Happy Workout Wed! This workout is from the past CHAARG BOOTYCAMP to give ya a little taste of what’s in store : ) One of the best parts about the CHAARG BOOTYCAMP is that the only equipment you need for the entire FitPlan is one set of dumbbells + a jump rope. THAT’S IT. We realized that not everyone has access to the gym, so we catered every workout to be an *at-home* workout. [REGISTRATION OPENS TONIGHT AT 5 PM EST!]
This is a long [but fun! ; )] circuit that starts off with 5 minutes [YUP!] of jump roping + then switches off between a plyo exercises + core exercise. Focus on going FAST during the plyo exercises + work on FORM for the core exercises. GOOD LUCK : )
Complete the listed number of reps [or seconds!] of each exercise, back to back with no rest. After the last exercise of the circuit [45 seconds of burpees], take two minute rest + REPEAT the entire circuit. You will complete the circuit 3X through!
