Happy Hump Day! Today’s sweat sesh might just be your favorite booty workout — ever. Not only will you have completed TWO HUNDRED squats after this sweat sesh, you’ll also feel like you’ve done crazy amounts of cardio [without actually running at all]. Treat every superset like a *sprint*… give it 100% effort — hence why it’s called BOOTY BLAST. Once you complete the superset, make sure you take a FULL one-minute rest! That’s ages in workout time : ). Good luck!

Starting with 100 DB Squats [complete in as few sets as possible] + ending with 100 Bodyweight Squats [complete in as few sets as possible!], the rest of this workout is full of supersets. You’ll complete each superset 2X each — resting one minute in between each. : )
