Blueberry Muffin Energy Bites

Muffins + energy bites — the best of both worlds. If you love muffins for breakfast as much as we do, try these energy bites!


  • 3/4 cup Almonds
  • 3/4 cup Dried Blueberries
  • 3/4 cup Dates
  • 1/4 cup Old Fashioned Oats
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
  • Juice from 1 Lemon

*If you are using a blender as opposed to a food processor, you may need to add a splash of Almond Milk to assist with blending!


#1] Combine all ingredients in blender//food processor.
#2] Blend until all ingredients are combined + a “dough” is formed — you might need to pause blending + use a spatula//spoon to pack the ingredients towards the bottom.
#3] Add mixture to a bowl + roll spoonfuls into bites.
#4] Store in the refrigerator + enjoy for up to 5 days!
