Birthday Cake Protein Bites
These bites are filled with protein + make an amazing pre or post workout treat! The best part? You only need 5 ingredients!
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup Coconut Flour [or Almond Flour!]
- 1 scoop Vanilla [or Cupcake] Protein Powder
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 3 tbsp Melted Coconut Oil
- 3 tbsp Maple Syrup
- Optional: Sprinkles
DIRECTIONS
#1] Melt Coconut Oil in a microwave safe bowl
#2] Add all ingredients [besides the sprinkles] to a medium sized mixing box + stir together*
#3] Fold in sprinkles
#4] Roll into bites + ENJOY!
*Dough should be crumbly, but not too dry that it can’t be packed together. If you try to roll together + it’s not sticking, slowly add 1 tsp of Coconut Oil at a time until you’re able to roll into bites!
**Store in fridge for up to a week!
