Apple Cinnamon Chia Pudding
Ahhh — WEEK FOUR of the #CHAARGFitPlan starts tomorrow! It’s time to dig deep, find that motivation + empower yourself to stick to those goals! This breakfast can be made the night before to make sure you start your morning on the right foot [bonus — you can even make an entire week’s worth!]. ++ of course its full of protein + can be made in a mason jar [our fav ; ) ].
3 tbsp Chia Seeds
1 scoop of Vanilla Protein Powder
1 cup of Unsweetened Almond Milk
¼ tsp Cinnamon
*optional toppings that go great with this recipe — coconut flakes + pecans!
#1] Whisk together chia seeds, cinnamon + protein powder in a medium bowl.
#2] Slowly pour in the milk, whisking so everything mixes evenly. Pour into a mason jar + refrigerate for anywhere from 2 hours to 1 week!
#3] In the morning, dice up your fruit//add your toppings + enjoy now, or toss it in your bag to-go! + ENJOY.
