1/4 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
1/2 cup Olive Oil
2 teaspoons Dijon Mustard
1 Tablespoon Garlic [minced] 1 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Pepper
Directions: Blend all ingredients until combined + smooth. Pour onto your salad to your heart’s content, ++ store in the fridge to enjoy later!
