Apple cider vinegar never fails to amaze us with its multiple uses + benefits! Originally, it was used as an ancient folk remedy, but today, it’s backed by modern science to help lower cholesterol, improve heart health, ++ fight diabetes. From simple household cleaners to yummy recipes, here are four ways apple cider vinegar can be used in every aspect of your life —

EAT // Salad Dressing

Ingredients:
1/4 cup Apple Cider Vinegar
1/2 cup Olive Oil
2 teaspoons Dijon Mustard
1 Tablespoon Garlic [minced] 1 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Pepper

Directions: Blend all ingredients until combined + smooth. Pour onto your salad to your heart’s content, ++ store in the fridge to enjoy later!

SWEAT // Muscle Soother

To relieve aches/ pains + sore muscles, add 3 cups of apple cider vinegar to your warm bath water. Soak + relax for 30-40 minutes to allow the ACV to re-establish alkaline balance in your body. Using ACV in this way can also help reduce risk of arthritis, UTI’s, + joint pain.
