Acai Power Bowl

Starting your morning off with healthy breakfast is key to beginning your day on the right foot, but it isn’t always easy to manage with a busy schedule. Adding kale to your smoothies is great way to pack some extra veggies into your diet + you won’t even taste the greens! This smoothie works great as a *bowl* too!

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups Kale or Spinach
  • ½ cup Blueberries [frozen]
  • ½ cup Raspberries [frozen]
  • ½ cup Blackberries [frozen]
  • 1 packet frozen Acai Puree
  • 2 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • ½ cup Almond Milk
  • 1 tbsp Honey

DIRECTIONS

#1] Combine the Kale//Spinach, milk + chia seeds in a blender or food processor.
#2] Blend until completely smooth, making sure there are no kale chunks!
#3] Add in the remaining ingredients + blend until smooth. You’re aiming for a very thick smoothie that can be eaten with a spoon — so try not to add additional liquid or you’ll end up with a *soup*
#4] Pour the smoothie into a bowl + top with anything your heart desires! We recommend using fresh berries, cacao nibs, coconut + goji berries!
