Acai Power Bowl

Starting your morning off with healthy breakfast is key to beginning your day on the right foot, but it isn’t always easy to manage with a busy schedule. Luckily, this Acai smoothie delivers an easy + nutritious meal all in one bowl! Adding kale to your smoothies is great way to pack some extra veggies into your diet + I promise you won’t even taste the greens!

This smoothie works great as a *bowl*, but if you want to start your morning off by staying hydrated against the summer heat — add some extra milk + drink it from a glass!


2 cups Kale

½ cup Blueberries [frozen]

½ cup Raspberries [frozen]

½ cup Blackberries [frozen]

1 packet frozen Acai Puree

2 tbsp Chia Seeds

½ cup Milk

1 tbsp Honey


#1] Combine the Kale, milk + chia seeds in a blender or food processor.


#2] Blend until completely smooth, making sure there are no kale chunks!

#3] Add in the remaining ingredients + blend until smooth. You’re aiming for a very thick smoothie that can be eaten with a spoon — so try not to add additional liquid or you’ll end up with a *soup*.

#4] Pour the smoothie into a bowl + top with anything your heart desires! I recommend using fresh berries, cacao nibs, coconut + goji berries!
