6 Dorm-Friendly CHAARG Workouts

As school starts up again + we make our move back to school, it can be difficult to adjust ++ start off the year with good habits. Many universities have rec/fitness centers, but it is not always convenient to get there. Here are some CHAARG workouts that you can do right in your dorm room or apartment to help you continue getting your workouts in when you don’t have the time to get to a gym [or you don’t feel like changing out of your PJs!] —
