4 Plans To Choose From, 1 Goal: Race Your Heart Out 

Perfect for “I’m not a runner… yet ; )” runners

  • Can walk 1 mile, but couldn’t run 1 mile right now!  
  • Little to no experience running
  • OR — were an experienced runner, but had a set back due to injury [+ cleared by a doctor to start running!] 
  • Ready to check off *running a 5K* on your bucket list

  • *Beginner Plan
  • 8 Weeks
  • 3 runs/week
  • 1 strength session/week
  • Virtual!
  • *Can be done with your WW + SGs!

Perfect for the *casual, just want to have fun* runners 💞

  • Can comfortably run 1-2 miles right now
  • Looking for a fun running plan to stay accountable
  • Took the winter season off + looking to get back into running
  • Want to complete a 5K this spring

  • 3-4 runs/week
  • 1 strength session/week
  • Virtual!
  • *Can be done with your WW + SGs!

Perfect for hardcore runners looking to PR their fastest 5K 🏃‍♀️

  • Are currently running 10-15 miles/week [*the first week’s long run is 3.5 miles]
  • Have completed various races of different distances, including a 5K
  • Ran a couple of days/week throughout the winter + ready to turn it up
  • Want to PR your 5K time

  • 4-6 runs/week
  • 1 strength session/week
  • Virtual!
  • *This should be your main workout routine focus… go easy during WW + SGs!

Perfect for someone looking to run FAR this spring 💫

  • Are currently running 10+ miles/week [*the first week’s long run is 3 miles]
  • Have completed various races of different distances
  • Ran a couple of days/week throughout the winter + ready to turn it up this spring 
  • Want to push your endurance + learn to love running longer + longer distances!

CHAARG Run Club FAQ

This program is completely virtual!

No! The First 5K Training Plan is perfect if you are new to running. *We recommend not doing the 15K plan unless you can currently run at least 1-2 miles comfortably! 

The Fun 5K Training Plan is perfect for you! Or, if you want to focus on building your endurance — check out the 15K training plan!

If you’re recovering from an injury [but have been cleared by an MD or PT to run] then you should go with the First 5K Training Plan plan! This plan is a walk-run plan that will take you from being able to comfortably walk 1 mile to being able to run a 5K! This will help you with re-building your running endurance in a safe + healthy way.

YES! We encourage you do the First 5K Training Plan — it’s perfect for new runners! 

Within 3 days of registering you’ll receive an email with how to get set up on Training Peaks. You’ll receive your first newsletter with access to our CHAARG Run Club Training Portal on Sunday, March 20.

Training begins Monday, March 21! You’ll be able to see your training plan in Training Peaks as soon as you set up your account 🤩
