5 Ultimate Summer Popsicle Recipes

Summertime is the perfect time to step out of your typical routine + try out new, refreshing recipes! Have a craving for something sweet, but don’t want to reach for something overly processed + full of added sugars? Popsicles are a perfect healthy alternative. All of these are made with fresh fruits + ingredients ++ taste even better than the pops you are used to!

We have 5 healthy popsicle recipes comin’ at you for every kind of mood you are in. These popsicles are truly my favorite #eeeeeats I’ve made for the CHAARG blog. No to mention, they are SO incredibly easy to make. They can all be made in a blender [or food processor] + take less than 5 minutes per recipe in THREE easy, peasy steps…

#1] Combine all ingredients into a blender + blend until smooth.

#2] Pour the mixture evenly into the popsicle molds, place in the freezer + freeze overnight!

#3] Once the popsicles are completely frozen, run under warm water or let sit! This will allow for them to come out very, very easily. Serve immediately + enjoy! All recipes make about 4 medium-large popsicles.

THIS, this is everything! If you’re the type of person who loves a refreshing popsicle… this one is for you! The chopped mint mixed in this gives it an incredible flavor + it doesn’t need any extra sugar because the berries + coconut water make it the perfect amount of sweet!

If you’re a lover of strawbs + bananas + OJ than this popsicle is callin’ your name! This is the perfect popsicle to enjoy by the pool or after a super sweaty workout. Try this as a smoothie [you’ll thank me!].

If you’re looking for something a little more on the creamy//decadent side — prepare yourself! This tastes like some sort of sinful dessert + it’s  the perfect treat! To add more of a crunch to your popsicle, instead of blending the pomegranates with the mixture, wait until the mixture [honey greek yogurt + almond milk] is blended + mix them in right before you pour them into the molds! That way you have full pomegranate seeds you can snack on!

This one is my absolute favorite. You guys know how much we are all about that coconut + of course this is no exception! This popsicle is so perfect + tastes even better! If you’re looking to make this even more delicious try adding in dark chocolate chips or drizzling melted dark chocolate as you eat. #YUM
