The best part is that the workout can be different every time. is fun + exciting because it never has to be the same.

HIIT has been proven to be more the most effective fat burning workout because of EPOC, excess post oxygen consumption. What this means is that your body will continue to burn calories up to 24 hours by increasing your resting metabolism after your workout!
