It can be difficult to find the right workout or the one that gives you the best results. It’s easy to try every new workout we see online or in magazines — but how do we find the right workout that sticks? I love exploring different workouts + trying any new class but the one workout that I keep going back to is HIIT, commonly known as High Intensity Interval Training. I’ve become obsessed with the challenge of pushing myself to my limit for a specific period of time and then letting my body recover just long enough to push myself again. Here are the top three reasons HIIT is becoming a new favorite workout for so many girls!
1] NO EQUIPMENT NECESSARY
