You’re probably wondering why the name of this workout has CRISP in it. Well, we are challenging you to take this workout outside. I know, I know. It’s getting cold out + you’d way rather do this in the warmth of your house. BUT, think about it this way, this may be one of the last times you can get in a sweat sesh outside. So, bundle up + let’s take the CRISP COUNTDOWN outdoors. ++ yes, you can count your way down until you have a pumpkin spice latte in hand after you conquered the cold [err *crisp*] weather.

This is a countdown circuit workout — that means, you’ll be doing less reps every circuit [YAS]. You will start with 12 reps of each exercise [Jump Squats, Push Ups, Burpees + Mountain Climbers] — no rest in between exercises. Once you are done with the circuit, take 30 seconds rest ++ begin the next one… this time, only completing 11 reps of each exercise! #BOOM
