2 Booty Band Workouts Under 10 Minutes

Mini resistance bands [or as we like to call them, booty bands ; )] are awesome tools to help take your workouts to the next level. I love incorporating booty bands into mini-strength workouts that I do pre- or post- run to help activate my muscles! One of the biggest perks of booty bands is that you can bring them anywhere + you can use them to do more than just strength… you can even use them to help stretch after a tough workout.
