This workout is from the past CHAARG BOOTYCAMP to give ya a little taste of what’s in store : ) One of the best parts about the CHAARG BOOTYCAMP is that the only equipment you need for the entire FitPlan is one set of dumbbells + a jump rope. THAT’S IT. We realized that not everyone has access to the gym, so we catered every workout to be an *at-home* workout. This is a pretty killer cardio sesh. Do your best to go ALL OUT during each exercise. You will do 10 rounds TOTAL + rest a short 30 seconds in between each round. This #sweatsesh only last 28 minutes — ONLY 28! But let me tell ya, you will FEEL. THE. BURN. LET’S GO!
