To finish off Week 3 of the CHAARG Booty Camp [BEAUTY Week!] we are bringing you a beautiful smoothie that is not only pretty to look at but will make you feel beautiful, too! ++ for all the girls [like ME!] doing the Whole30 — this is Whole30 approved! Cheers to that!
1 cup Frozen Pineapple
1 cup Frozen Mango
1.5 cups Coconut Water
1 cup Frozen Blueberries
1 cup Coconut Water
COCONUT ALMOND TOPPING
½ cup Almonds
1 tbsp Coconut Oil [melted]
1] Preheat oven to HI Broil. In a small bowl drizzle the almonds with melted coconut oil + mix well, making sure all are evenly coated! Place on a baking sheet + roast for about 6 minutes. Take out of the oven +using a spatula mix them around to make sure all are evenly roasted! Bake for another 4-5 minutes.
2] Let cool + chop!
3] In a blender combine pineapple + mango + coconut water — blend until smooth!
4] Clean the blender + combine blueberries + coconut water — blend until smooth!
5] Now the make it gorggg — start by laying the pineapple//mango mixture + topping it with blueberry mixture — top it off with the roasted almonds + serve! To make it even prettier, stir it up + create your own design!
