++ on Wednesdays, we SQUAT ++ SPRINT! This is a total #BOLTBABE workout. Yes, it’s challenging — but, YES, you will feel *amazing* after. Each strength//plyo exercise is followed by a SPRINT. If you are completing this outside, we encourage you to walk off 50m — so you can sprint down + back, ++ end up right by your weights! If you are doing your sprints on the treadmill, a 100m sprint is .06 miles.
To set up your “sprinting distance,” walk off 50m [.03 miles — you can use Nike+ for this!]. This way, you’ll be able to do your booty exercise + then sprint .06 mile [down + back]. Complete the circuit TWO times though — rest 30 seconds between each exercise. GOOD LUCK ; )
