2 slices of Toast of Whole Grain Crackers
½ cup Grape Tomatoes [sliced]
3 tbsp Feta Cheese
1 tsp Olive Oil
Salt + Pepper to taste
1] Slice the avocado + top the toast//crackers. Slice the tomatoes + layer onto the crackers. Sprinkle on the feta, add a drizzle of olive oil + finish with a pinch of salt + pepper!
