Hump Day Bum Day! : ) Today’s sweat sesh consists of 50 reps of each exercise [50!] ++ your goal is to complete the workout AFAP. It’s up to you how you want to break up the 50 reps, however make sure to only rest 10 seconds in between *breaks*. I recommend 5 sets of 10 reps! Once you complete the 50 reps, take one minute rest. Put that booty to WERK.
