We’ve listed a few study break workouts that don’t take long so that you can make sure to stay body positive during finals —
1] TEXTBOOK FULL BODY BURNER
Get your upper body burnin’ by using your textbooks as weights! This workout guide is convenient because you will already have your textbooks on hand + open. 2] HIIT ARM WORKOUT
This HIIT workout is only 30 minutes long, ++ consists of 7 different workouts that you perform for 4 minutes each. This workout is great for study breaks because you can split it up. If you don’t have 30 minutes to spare at one time, break up the workout in half [only do each workout for 2 minutes] or fourths [only do each workout for 1 minute].
3] RUNCHAARG HIIT
