This workout can be done on a tread or track! This is a typical HIIT workout — with a twist ; ) Instead of walking for the *recovery* portion, we will be doing different exercises. Between each HIIT section, you’ll be doing a steady state jog + ending with a .1 walk to gear up for your next HIIT! Below are base speeds if you are using a treadmill, however feel free to change them to how you see fit!
- Sprint — 8.0 + 8.5 + 9.0 MPH
- Walking Lungs — 1.5 MPH
- Backwards Jog — 4.0 MPH
- Shuffle — 3.0 MPH
- Jog — 6.5 MPH
- Walk — 4.0 MPH
