Happy Workout Wed! This sweat sesh — Pyramid Pump — will have you throwin’ up the *arm pump emoji* all day. We will be doing a lot of little *pyramids* throughout this workout. Sooo — what is a pyramid? [Read below!] In between each *pyramid,* you’ll rest for two minutes. GOOD LUCK! : )
PYRAMID: Perform 10 reps of Exercise A, followed by 1 rep Exercise B… immediately go back to Exercise A for 9 reps, followed by Exercise B for 2 reps. Continue this pattern until you reach 1 rep Exercise A + 10 reps Exercise B.
EXAMPLE: 10 Bicep Curls + 1 Skullcrusher… 9 Bicep Curls + 2 Skullcrushers… [etc, etc]… 1 Bicep Curl + 10 Skullcrushers.
