Grab your stopwatch — it’s time for a tabata style [HIIT!] sweat sesh. We are using dumbbells! *arm pump emoji*. You’ll be doing a 4 minute HIIT per exercise — 20 seconds on + 10 seconds off [8X!]. Rest 1 minute rest in between HIITs. Happy Workout Wednesday! : )
