Happy Workout Wed! This workout is from the past CHAARG BOOTYCAMP to give ya a little taste of what’s in store : ) One of the best parts about the CHAARG BOOTYCAMP is that the only equipment you need for the entire FitPlan is one set of dumbbells + a jump rope. THAT’S IT. We realized that not everyone has access to the gym, so we catered every workout to be an *at-home* workout.
Today’s workout involves 15-yard SPRINTS [with some plyos, too!]. This is a short + sweet athletic conditioning #sweatsesh that is bound to get you SWEATY. It should take you only 25 minutes… not to mention: the faster you run, the faster you’re done ; ) LET’S GO!
Measure out 15 yards in your backyard. You will be doing a 15 yard SPRINT, taking 20 seconds rest, followed by a body weight exercise… + then taking 20 seconds rest again before completing the next “pair.” You will complete the circuit 4X through!
