This Workout Weds is all about the plyos. Each 5-10 minute section is broken up into two parts — the *first* exercise should be performed at moderate intensity, the *second* exercise should be performed fast [PUSH!]. You’ll keep alternating between exercises until the 5-10 minute time is up. Take one minute break in between each section!
