You’re invited to a PLANK PARTY. Today’s sweat sesh involves supersetting a plank variation + a core exercise. You’ll repeat each superset 3X through [back to back to back!]. The first superset, will involve a 60 second plank… second superset: 45 second plank… + third superset: 30 sec plank. You’re going to love this workout : )
