¼ cup Whole Wheat Flour
2 tbsp + 1 tbsp About Time PB Night Time Recovery Formula
½ tsp Baking Powder
1 tbsp Creamy Peanut Butter
½ tbsp Coconut Oil
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
1 tbsp + 2 tbsp Vanilla Greek Yogurt
6 tbsp Vanilla Almond Milk
1] Spray a microwave safe mug with cooking spray. Combine the flour + 2 tbsp PB Nighttime Recovery Formula in a medium sized bowl. In a separate + microwave safe bowl combine the coconut oil + peanut butter + heat until melted. Mix the melted PB into the dry ingredients + add in the vanilla + 1 Tbsp greek yogurt + almond milk, stir until combined. Lastly, add in the baking powder + stir. Add the batter to the mug.
