Yes. You heard us right. PEACH. MANGO. GUAC. Your tastebuds are about to be blown away ; ) This is an incredibly easy recipe + perfect as a dip — in your fish taco — or just eaten with a spoon. ENJOY.
– 2-3 Avocados [make sure that they are nice + RIPE!]
– 1/2 Large Mango
– 1 Large Red Tomato
– 1 Small Red Onion
– 1 Peach
– Lime Juice [as much as your lil’ heart desires]
– Tortillas [blue chips are our fav!]
1] Cut the avocados in half. Scoop out the flesh into a big bowl + mash ‘em all up!
2] Dice the mango + peach + onion. Mash together with the avocados until you get the consistency you want! Personally, I like my guac chunky ; )
3] Squeeze lime juice to taste + add in your own spices! We love lemon pepper, red pepper flakes, + salt!
