// THE MOMENT //
The moment you knew you wanted to start a CHAARG chapter at your university… After about a week into my first fitplan – 2015 Bootycamp – I was hooked on CHAARG. I loved everything about it! I felt so encouraged + supported to complete every workout and actually have fun with it! I knew I wanted to bring that type of community to UK so I started talking to Sarah + Alli Johnson (now my CLC) about the application process! The more involved I became with CHAARG the more I wanted to bring a chapter to UK!
My passion for health + fitness was ignited when… I realized that I could have fun with working out! I had always stayed active + worked out but saw it as a chore. When I started trying new types of workouts and found what I really liked I started looking forward to going to the gym instead of dreading it.

Favorite Meal… Grilled salmon + mixed veggies!
Favorite Indulgence… Lots + lots of pizza!

If you could work out with anyone dead or alive, what workout would you do + who would you work out with? I would 100% workout with Diplo! I looooovvveeeeee him! When we workout together we’re going to do kickboxing!

My passion is… Enjoying health + fitness! I used to see healthy eating + exercise as a chore but now its my favorite thing ever! If I could talk about healthy food all day I would….and I’m pretty sure I do (ask my roommates haha). My passion is showing others that health + fitness doesn’t have to be something they dread. It might take time but I truly believe that everyone can find a workout style + healthy diet that they love!
I am #inCHAARG because… I want to be apart of a community + movement that is uplifting + motivating for women! I constantly feel encouraged as a CHAARG girl to stay active + try new workouts. I am inCHAARG because I want to inspire + encourage other girls in their health + fitness journey!

Fun Fact… I love horses! I grew up riding with my mom and sister and absolutely love it!
