// THE MOMENT //
The moment I knew I wanted to become the next CHAARG Ambassador at my university… I was able to see what difference CHAARG was making in girls lives, including my own, + I wanted to continue that passion. Girls who never thought about fitness or working out are able to find fun in fitness! Hearing someone say “CHAARG has made a difference in my life” makes everything so worth it! Being able to change someone for the better is such an amazing feeling.
My passion for health + fitness was ignited when… The summer after my freshman year in college. I was super active in high school ++ played sports so eating *healthy* was never really an issue.The summer before freshman year I started running every day + made a promise to myself I would continue running + staying fit. Thennnn my first semester of college happened ++ I was struggling with staying on top of school work + having a social life. Going out with friends always trumped working out. That year during winter break I began noticing I was gaining weight and was not happy. Spring semester of freshman year I started working out a lot more, butttt eating *healthy* was not happening for me. That summer I had a HUGE wake up call. I started running every day again ++ eating right. I came back to school and had a townhouse with MY VERY OWN KITCHEN!! I could eat better and feel confident in my body once again. Don’t get me wrong I have my days [or weekends] where I indulge [bc pizza,YUM] but I have now formed a positive relationship with myself + my body.

If you could work out with anyone dead or alive, what workout would you do + who would you work out with? Carrie Underwood. Whatever kind of workouts she does b/c her legs are GOALS.
