// THE MOMENT //
The moment you knew you wanted to start a CHAARG chapter at your university… When I was taking a break from one of my summer orgo classes, I was thinking what *lit* me on fire…+ I realized that a text I got from a friend was what fired me up — she had been struggling with her self-confidence + health after soph year, so she started walk/running after I told her she can absolutely do *ANYTHING* she sets her mind to, no matter where she is now. So when she beamed that she ran 3 miles without stopping, I started bawling in the hall out of happiness. It was then that I knew for *sure* that my Soul was brighter helping women be their happiest + strongest selves.
My passion for health + fitness was ignited when…
I started moving my body for performance + not for aesthetics when I moved from bodybuilding into CrossFit. I was so much more understanding of my body + mind, letting it look how it looked + making sure to let it feel the *best* it could while trying anything ++ *EVERYTHING* in the name of functional fitness — whether that meant Olympic lifting, gymnastics, hiking, kayaking, walking, sleeping, dancing, yoga.
// EAT //
Favorite Meal… I eat #AllTheThings but I’m a sucker for crockpot turkey chili 😉 — tuck some veggies + protein in there with minimum prep + alllllll the comfort!
Favorite Indulgence… I never forget to treat myself + I don’t believe in “cheat meals” but I *love* anything sweet — especially Vosges salted caramel chocolate [bc a Vanderbilt grad created them #AnchorDown]!
// SWEAT //
If you could work out with anyone dead or alive, what workout would you do + who would you work out with? Ronda Rousey for MMA because who wants to be a #DNB + Beyonce — do I have to explain this?
A song that gets me pumped to take on a #sweatsesh is… “Lean On” by Major Lazer — it reminds me of needing others to get through tough times [+ the beat is dope].

My passion is… Inspiring others to be connected to who they are + what they want, to be true to their Truth, to be their healthiest + happiest selves.
I am #inCHAARG because… I know how hard it is to go at this *life* thing alone — + lemme tell ya, having a community of girls that accept me as I am + invite me to step into my greatness every day is truly a blessing.
