How did you hear about CHAARG? I heard about CHAARG from Molly Tavoletti. She went to my high school. I saw her post about it one day + decided to look it up. From there, I was hooked. I had to be a part of it.
The moment I knew I wanted to be the CHAARG Ambassador… Gosh. Immediately. I don’t believe in doing anything unless your whole heart is in it. The CHAARG movement aligned so much with everything I believe in. I knew I had to at least try to bring it to Penn State. I’m SO blessed + honored + excited + thrilled + anxious to actually get to start a chapter at Penn State.
What excites you most about being the CHAARG Ambassador? Everything. The people I’ll connect with. Sharing this community. Igniting a passion for health + fitness in women at Penn State. I can’t wait to show every girl I meet just how capable + strong + special she is.
Favorite meal… Spicy Thai Basil [basically tons of veggies + rice with thai spices + sauces]
Favorite indulgence… Dark Chocolate Truffles. [CHAARG style — Chocolate PB Cups]
If you could workout with anyone [dead or alive] who would it be + what workout would you do? Ellie Goulding + she would run circles around me [while I try to keep up].

My passion is… It’s cliché but this. CHAARG is my passion. Nutrition — Health — Fitness. I feel like I’m right where I should be. I love what I’m studying, I love this movement + I love sharing it with others. Because I’m studying Nutrition, people always ask me what they should be eating or doing. They think they’re bothering me, but I really love it. My eyes light up when I talk about it + I just know this is what I want to do for the rest of my life — I want to make people healthy + happy.
I am #inCHAARG because… I believe in the process. I believe in eating healthy + working out + mental wellness. I’ve experienced it + I honestly think it’s worth the work.

Fun fact… My family just got a new puppy + his name is bear. HE’S SO CUTE.
