While matcha lattes are delicious, they aren’t the only way you can enjoy matcha. If you’ve been wanting to try matcha, but have been a little hesitant, these energy balls are the perfect introduction. These work great as a snack or as a power breakfast that’ll keep you satisfied + give you just a slight caffeine buzz — the perfect pick-me-up!
1 scoop Mocha Mint About Time Protein Powder
1 cup Vanilla Espresso Almond Butter
6 tbsp Honey
2 cups Oats
3 tbsp Matcha Tea Powder [we recommend mint or vanilla flavored matcha!]
1] Add the oats in a food processor + blend until you have the texture of flour. Then, add in all other ingredients + process until a dough forms.
2] Roll the dough mixture into one inch sized balls.
3] Roll each energy ball in the the matcha tea powder or sprinkle over the top, making sure to shake off any excess. Store the energy balls in an airtight container in the fridge.
