Just because it’s flannel season [btw — *heart eyeballz emoji*], doesn’t mean we are going to stop toning our arms! This is an arm pumping sweat sesh that will make you want to flex all day afterwards : ) Grab two sets of dumbbells — one 5 lbs heavier than the other. You’ll be completing rounds 1-3 with the lighter set + rounds 4+5 with the heavier set. Complete each exercise back to back to back — resting one minute when you are done with the last exercise in the round [shoulder press]. Alright, #LEDDODIS.
