You’ve found your crew, now… it’s time to *find your center.* A new season is upon us [the season of change] — this is a period of rebirth, renewal, + a fresh start. The CHAARG FitPlan is a 5 week interactive exercise program complete with daily sweat seshes Monday through Friday from our Trainer Matt at Share It Fitness, CHAARGifed athleisure line that will make you feel like a fitionista, recipes for post sweat sesh eats, daily challenges to motivate you throughout your journey [+ opportunities to earn FitGear along the way!], ++ inspiration from 1500 [!!!] of your fellow CHAARG girls participating in the #CHAARGFITPLAN with you, + best of all these next 5 weeks will help you…

INTERACTIVE ONLINE FITNESS PLATFORM — We are partnering with Share It Fitness to provide you with FIVE weeks of workouts using their interactive online fitness platform. You will have your own personal page on the site where you can access the daily #CHAARGFITPLAN workouts. All workouts come with video demos of each exercise. Modifications of exercises are available as well on request!
WEEKLY WORKOUT SCHEDULE — On Sundays, you will receive a #CHAARGFITPLAN Newsletter with motivation for the week ahead! In addition, you will be able to view the entire week’s worth of workouts on Sunday, so that you can schedule your week without missing a #sweatsesh ; ).
DUMBBELLS + BODYWEIGHT + HIIT CARDIO WORKOUTS — Workouts will vary Monday through Friday — your typical schedule will be… Monday: Arms, Tuesday: Cardio, Wednesday: Booty, Thursday: Abs, Friday: Full Body. There will be a good mix of dumbbell//lifting workouts, bodyweight workouts + HIIT [high intensity interval training] cardio workouts. While most of these workouts will only require dumbbells [so that they can be done anywhere! <3], we encourage you to have access to a gym, as some of the workouts will require exercise machines.

EXTRA CREDIT CORE WORKOUTS — You’ll be given 5 *extra credit* BURN OUTS [short + intense cardio//ab sweat seshes] to be completed at any time during this FitPlan. These workouts are for those who want a lil’ more #burn. : )
BONUS — 50 *BOLTS* IN 5 WEEKS — It’s kind of become a tradition to log *bolts* during FitPlans… so we want to keep the tradition alive ; ). Completing 50 Bolts In 5 Weeks is completely optional — so do what feels best for your fitness level. For those of you who are completing the bolts — add them to the end of your sweat sesh, do doubles [two workouts a day, bebe!], or log bolts on weekends… it’s up to you! We will be giving you a Bolt Calendar so that you can easily log your bolts!
WHAT’S A FITPLAN WITHOUT FITGEAR? ; ) — We have a couple goodies in store for you! We as CHAARG girls are all fitionistas — fashion + fitness forward girls who enter our sweat seshes wearing what make us feel good + exit feeling even better. You can never have too much CHAARG gear ; ), so we creating another CHAARG Athleisure Line — just for the girls participating in the FitPlan! We will be releasing a new item every week [below are a couple items from last FitPlan’s Athleisure Line to give you a little taste of what’s in store!].

YES! THERE WILL BE A NUTRITION PORTION — A lot of you guys have been asking for more recipes [especially meals!], so we will be providing you with TWO recipes each week. It can be tough to make sure you’re getting enough protein to fuel those killer workouts, so we made sure every recipe was protein-packed. You will receive these recipes in your Sunday Newsletter, so that you’ll be fully prepared for the week ahead!
WEEKLY WINNERS + CHECK-INS + CHALLENGES! We will be giving you a motivational calendar with daily *mini* challenges. We will be selecting winners every week who continually check-in with us on instagram + share their journey — make sure to always tag @CHAARG + #CHAARGBOOTYCAMP! The weekly winners will receive a $50 giftcard to the CHAARG Shop ; ).
GRAND PRIZE WINNERS — ++ of COURSE, there will be three GRAND PRIZE WINNERS! The winners will be based on her journey story + motivation//inspirational impact throughout the FitPlan! Grand prize deets will be released midway through the FitPlan for a lil’ motivation boost — you better believe it’s going to be epic.
