Happy Workout Wed! Today’s #sweatsesh is a total body workout that will leave you feeling FIT + FIERCE. Grab a set of DBs, jump rope + mat: with a mix of strength training + cardio + abs, you are doing just about everything today! You’ll be doing TWO rounds [FIT + FIERCE!] total. The first round [FIT!], you’ll complete two sets of 10 reps per exercise… the second round [FIERCE!], you’ll complete one set of 10 reps per exercise. In between the exercises are 60 sec cardio blasts! eee! #LETS #DO #THIS.
