2] CLEAN UP YOUR SPACE
Messes create stress, but in five to ten minutes, you can have your space mess [+ stress] free! When you come home, put your coat in the closet, instead of on the couch. Sort your mail + immediately toss anything you don’t need. If you have a roommate, set up a *mailbox* so that you can keep your space clutter-free! Small ways to clean up your space saves you from having to dedicate half a day over the weekend + will keep your mind clear throughout your day, allowing you to be more present in the moment.
3] DO THE DISHES
Part of the healthy lifestyle is proper nutrition, which often means more cooking + even more dishes. Once you enjoy your yummy meal, do your dishes immediately! That way, they are done + you don’t have to think about them for the rest of the day // night. After a long day it is sometimes the last thing you want to do — but, getting it done means you’ll have every pan + knife you need for your next delicious meal [++ it saves you time in the future]!

5] GET ORGANIZED FOR TOMORROW
There is no better feeling than going to sleep knowing you had a great day — but why not get a jump start on tomorrow?
