Every body is made differently. We are all our own unique shapes + sizes — to show our bodies some ultimate self-love, we should dress them to fit them properly. The size on your shirt or your pants is just a number + doesn’t define your self-worth. Wear what is comfortable for you + what makes you feel the most confident.

Everyone has that one sweat sesh [or three] that they loooove, whether it be running, yoga, pilates, Zumba, or lifting. Do whatever workout feels good + is enjoyable for you. Whether you publicize it or not, documenting your day-to-day life is a great way of getting to know yourself better + live with more intention.
