Happy Workout Wed [+ #WearCHAARGWednesday!]. This workout is from the past CHAARG BOOTYCAMP to give ya a little taste of what’s in store : ) One of the best parts about the CHAARG BOOTYCAMP is that the only equipment you need for the entire FitPlan is one set of dumbbells + a jump rope. THAT’S IT. We realized that not everyone has access to the gym, so we catered every workout to be an *at-home* workout.
Start with a one mile warmup [walk or jog] to get your heart rate up + blood pumpin’ ++ then let’s get to WORK. This workout was in the LAST week of the FitPlan, so we made it extra challenging [hence 5 rounds, eeeek].
Complete each exercise [10 reps!] one after another with no rest until the last exercise in the circuit [hip dips]. Once your done, take 1-2 minutes rest ++ then repeat the circuit again! Depending on your schedule//fitness level, do 3-5 rounds total!
