Happy Workout Wed [+ #WearCHAARGWednesday of course!]. This workout is from the past CHAARG BOOTYCAMP to give ya a little taste of what’s in store : ) One of the best parts about the CHAARG BOOTYCAMP is that the only equipment you need for the entire FitPlan is one set of dumbbells + a jump rope. THAT’S IT. We realized that not everyone has access to the gym, so we catered every workout to be an *at-home* workout. This arm workout may seem easy up front — but, come Round 2 + 3, you guys will be hurtin’, especially during that 1 minute plank! Don’t be afraid to use a heavier set of dumbbells [if you can!], but make sure it’s a weight that you can complete every single exercise with with proper form. Cheers!
Complete 10 reps of an exercise, following by 30-45 seconds rest. After the last exercise of the circuit [1 minute plank], take one minute rest + REPEAT the entire circuit. You will complete the circuit 4X through! We love this #sweatsesh with our I’ve Got A Feelin’ playlist.
