We gave these bad-boys a healthy makeover so that they’re gluten free, vegan + made with honey instead of refined sugar! These cookies are the definition of *drool-worthy*, you won’t regret making them + they take less than 15 minutes! Run to your kitchen now!
1 ¾ cups Oats
3 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
1.5 Tbsp Espresso [ground]
¼ cup of Mini Dark Chocolate Chips
½ cup Coconut Flakes
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
¼ cup Almond Butter
2 Tbsp Coconut Oil
¼ cup Coconut Milk
½ cup + 2 Tbsp Honey
1] Combine the oats, cocoa powder, espresso, chocolate chips + coconut flakes in a large bowl. Mix until the oats are evenly coated.
