Today, we are sharin’ a total body countdown circuit that you can do anywhere! All you need is a set of dumbbells! Your goal during this sweat sesh is to complete the amount of given reps in as FEW sets as possible as FAST as possible… all while maintaining proper form. It’s just as intense as it sounds ; ). Happy sweating!
Complete in as Few Sets as Possible
Goal = Sets of 10 [15 seconds rest in between each set!]
1 minute rest in between exercises
70 Arnold Press
60 In + Out Jumps
50 Tricep Dips
40 Extend + Row
30 Curl + Press
20 Burpee + Front Swing
10 Drop Twists
