You’ll be doing a “core superset round” [X reps of Exercise #1 + X reps of Exercise #2 + 15 seconds Rest — repeat 2X!] followed by “cardio.” [100 reps] . If you need to take a short break during the cardio, rest ~15 seconds, + then get right back into it! You are going to love this workout!
